i was on the Carnival Fascination may 25th to the 29th 2009 and I need to get a list of names of everyone who was on that ship for that cruise. How cna I get it?

Unless you work for the cruise line central office at a high management level or for the US State Department at a very high level in security, in either of which case you would already know how to do that, you cannot get that information at all! It is a matter of security and privacy for passengers and crew, the same as are boarding manifests for other carriers such as airlines. As a frequent passenger, I would be simply furious if my name and address were generally available to people without a legitimate reason to get it, and would sue the snot out of anybody who released it!

I use to work in a travel agency and there is no way you can get the list of passenger unless there is a very good legal reason. Sorry but is hard to get that answer. The airlines and cruise and Travel Agencies are very carefully in given out information.

No. And I can't think of a single reason that an individual would ever need a list of of names for everyone on a particular cruise.
If it's something heath or security related, people who need to be in the know would already have that list.
