Yes, Carnival does. They want to make whatever is going on a good time. They put rose pedals alll over the room, and put cake on the bed with your names i believe. I've seen it before. Also, at dinner they might give you a wine bottle for free or something, (: They will make your night an awesome one, and Royal Caribbean wont do that usualllly.

if you let them or your ta know in advance, they will give you a little cake during dinner one night. Other than that, you could buy some of the honeymoon or romance extra packages.

Don't know about honeymoon, but they gave me a nice birthday cake at dinner the night of my birthday.
